1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and QuoteBoost for using the QuoteBoost app and this website. By using QuoteBoost you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you're allowed to agree on the business's behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. QuoteBoost is a tool for businesses and professionals to make marketing posts.
3. Your account
You can use QuoteBoost without an account or sign in with Google. Without an account, your work is linked to the app on your phone and can be lost if you delete the app or change phones. Keep your Google account secure: you're responsible for what happens through your account.
4. Your content
Everything you add, including business details, logos, reviews, names, text and stickers, stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide QuoteBoost to you, for example to design, save and show your posts. This ends when you delete it.
You confirm you have the rights needed for everything you add, including any logo, trademark, name or review.
5. Honest reviews
- Only use genuine reviews from real customers. Don't write fake reviews, change what a review means, or present posts in a misleading way.
- Follow the rules of the platforms you take reviews from or post to, and consumer-protection and advertising laws, including India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- If a customer asks you to remove their review or name from a post, please do.
6. AI-generated content
QuoteBoost uses AI to suggest headlines and designs and to tidy a review's punctuation. AI can make mistakes, so check every post before you share it. You're responsible for the posts you publish.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use QuoteBoost to break the law or infringe anyone's rights; to create false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, explicit or violent content; to impersonate a business or person you don't represent; or to attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or get around the security of QuoteBoost.
8. Paid features
QuoteBoost is currently free. If we add paid features, we'll show the price and terms before you buy, and payments will be handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. We'll never charge you without your clear agreement.
9. Our property
The QuoteBoost app, website, templates, designs, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Posts made with QuoteBoost from your content are yours to use for your business, including on social media and in ads. You may not copy or resell our templates, designs or software.
10. Other services
QuoteBoost works with services from other companies, such as Google Sign-In and the apps you share posts to. Their own terms apply to them, and we're not responsible for them.
11. Changes & ending
We may change, pause or stop QuoteBoost, and we'll try to give reasonable notice before shutting it down so you can save your posts. You can stop using QuoteBoost and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
We may update these terms. For important changes we'll tell you in the app or by email first, and continuing to use QuoteBoost means you accept them.
12. Disclaimers & liability
QuoteBoost is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that posts will bring any particular result, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or ₹1,000 if you haven't paid us anything. If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs. None of this limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to sort out any problem. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in India.
